Strikes
5 consecutive missed deadlines = 1 strike. Strikes are automatic and visible to everyone in the circle.
Bans
3 strikes = a 6-month ban and your credibility score resets to zero. A second ban is permanent.
Active circles are protected
If you’re active in a circle when banned, the ban waits until your cycle completes so no one is left short.
Early exit, no tricks
You can petition to pay a $100 fine to end a ban early. Second bans cannot be appealed.
